Frequently Asked Questions

How can I make a booking?

You can visit the  'Apartments & rooms' section where prices and features can be seen. Simply select the type of room or apartment you want and the number of people, give us a call on 00034657261360 and you will get a quote for the selected dates. If your selected option is not available, it is very likely that other options may be. For a little extra you could always upgrade to the next available option. Alternatively, you can always send us an e-mail to lasiezzzta@gmail.com stating your dates and number of people as well as what would you like to book. Remember, you can choose between a double or twin standard bedroom, a studio, a deluxe bedroom for up to 4 people and a two bedroom apartment for up to 6 people.

How can I cancel/amend my booking?

We know plans can change, hence we have a comprehensive cancellation policy depending on the season. Just send an e-mail letting us know you are cancelling and we will refund you accordingly. If you want an upgrade it will depend on our availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a comprehensive cancellation policy depending on your booking:

- if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, we will reimburse you the total amount you paid. 

- if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival or you do not show up, we will not be able to do any reimbursement. 

Please note that deadlines are considered before midnight local time (CET + 1). 

These conditions apply when you book directly with us as every other booking engine has their own rules that would need to be followed.

In case you book more than 2 rooms/apartments, the entire house for a group or specific dates (Flamenco Festival, Easter, Horse Fair or August), different cancellation policies will apply. Contact us for more information.  

How can I pay for my booking?

We only need your credit card details (name as written on the card, card number and expiry date) to make the booking and the amount will be deducted immediately , alternatively you can always transfer it via your preferred bank, however the booking will not be confirmed till we do get confirmation from our bank and this can take some days so we always recommend the credit card option if you need immediate confirmation.

What kind of accommodation am I booking? Is it registered somewhere?

According to the Law 28/2016 dated 2nd of February published on the 11th of February 2016 in the BOJA number 28 from the Junta de Andalucía we are a holiday rental (vivienda turística). That means we have filled in all paperwork and paid all taxes, meeting all legal requirements. By staying with us you ensure you are not contributing to the black market or harming any other business, as well as keeping all your consumer rights as we do have complaint customer forms.

Access to common areas

All guests have access to the entrance corridor, the central patio and the roof top terrace equipped with sunbeds  and a picnic corner. Please bear in mind that there may be other guests sleeping in the adjacent rooms/apartments. The roof top terrace can be used til 22.00 and we kindly ask you to be considerate and respectul towards other guests and neighbours around you. 

Can I smoke?

The whole property has non smoking rooms and this is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and apartments, however the patio and roof terrace are public spaces so you can have your cigarette wherever you find our ashtrays. Remember smoking not only kills you but it can be pretty disturbing for other people so be respectful and try to keep your bad habits away from others.

Where can I park my car?

There is a public parking at the entrance of the street, charges do apply. As we are located right in the heart of the city. you will not need the car throughout your stay, so park it and walk around to find out all hidden spots where your car will not be able to take you.

Are children welcome?

Our guests appreciate how quiet and peaceful our house is, hence we only allow children older than 6 years old to stay with us. There are no specific features for children so be sensible and watch out for them specially at areas that could be dangerours such as the stairs to access the roof top. 

Can I take my furry friend with me?

We would love to allow this but due to the number of allergies, noise and harm to the property they can cause, pets will have to stay elsewhere or be looked after by a relative while you are on holidays. Sorry but no exceptions.

What if I lose my keys or I forget them inside?

Don't panic. There is a domotic system that will allow us to open your door remotely. Simply give us a call and we will activate it as soon as possible, remember this could take some time as I may not have immediate access to it. There will be security questions to verify it is actually you calling and not a random passerby.  We have installed this system to assist you, not to endanger you.

Is there a safe where I could leave my valuables?

No, however due to our domotic acces system, guests stop having access the moment they chek out and as there are no keys to copy it is pretty unlikely that another guest will be able to access your room or apartment after they have left. As cleaning only takes place once you have left and not throughout your stay, the other source of concern is gone. Of course, someone could break in, however given we are located right in the heart of the city and no one really knows if theres is someone in or where, it would be too risky. On top of that, we have installed a camera that records the property access. However, we ask you to use your commom sense and don't leave your valuables lieing around. Ensure your windows, home door and the building's door are closed when you leave.

Is there a cleaning service throughout my stay?

No, everything will be clean when you enter and for stays above 4 days, we will leave an extra set of towels and bed linen in case you choose to change them. Of course you don't need to wash them, just leave it in the basket on the washing machine and we will take care of it. There is also a pantry with cleaning products, a mop and a brush for you to use so you can keep everything as clean as you wish. Washing machines are for personnel use only although they can be used for stays longer than 7 days. It is strictly forbidden to wash beach towels.

What kind of security/safety measures do you have?

There is a camera recording the entrance of the property, we also have fire extinguisers located inside the building.

Is there a deposit?

We do charge a 100€ deposit by card upon check in, this will only be used in case you do break the house rules by smoking, break something or exceed the amount of guests you have paid for in your reservation. It will be refunded on the same day you are checking out.

How many people can you fit in total?

We can arrange a maximum of 22 people divided in apartments and rooms. These units can be rented separately, the house as a whole unit or just some of them if you are coming in a big group. We are always open to your suggestions.

Why do I need to provide my personal details?

According to the Law all guests older than 16 have to fill in a form. This information is mandatory and needs to be sent to the National Police for verification. These forms are kept in a locker and the information is not shared with any third party or used for commercial purposes.
