The House

        You can now enjoy your holidays living like a local within an Old Typical Jerezian House dated from the 19th century that  has been fully refurbished into brand new apartments and rooms with all modern facilities right in the heart of the city, within  5 to 7 minutes walk of major tourist attractions.  La Siezzzta is surrounded by numerous

 bars, restaurants and shops.

        With a traditional facade and boasting a stylish central courtyard beautifully

 decorated in typical mediterranean style and a huge sun terrace equipped with a

 seating area and hammocks, you can relax with us after enjoying one of the many

 activities Jerez has to offer.

        The building itself is made of Baupanel, an integral earthquake, hurricane,

 fire resistant and termo acoustic insulated construction system that is based upon

 a set of structural panels. Each element is made up of a high resistance steel 3-D

 structure formed by two flat steel mesh robustly interconnected by multiple perpendicular bars. The space left between the steel mesh

 is filled with the insulating panel. The panel assembly is completed through the application of a pre-determined thickness of two   layers of micro concrete.

The bedrooms, studios and apartments

                                                   Due to the high flexibility the building permits and depending on your budget and                                                    requirements, you can choose from our range of bedrooms and apartments with/without 

                                                  its own private patio. 

                                                      If you come with a group, we have you covered as the house can host up to 22 guests.

     We provide fully furnished, functional decor homes equipped with modern appliances. 

All of them with ensuite bathroom featuring towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. 

       Furthermore, all studios and apartments offer a living area equipped with a sofa that is

convertible into a comfortable bed, flat screen tv and dining space.  A full kitchen with fridge,

microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as kitchenware, cutlery and crockery

can be found in the open plan kitchen.
